Automated Steel Frame Component Fabrication
High-Precision Automated Frame: Utilizing self-developed Hydraulic Forming Machines for reliable, one-step bottom plate creation. Fully Automatic Welders use medium frequency technology for high-precision welding on mesh and feet, ensuring robust joints and superior external protection for the IBC.
Frame Installation & Final Integration
The equipment is independently developed and designed , making it the most cost-effective in the world. It manufactures high-strength galvanized frames, providing safe packaging solutions for both hazardous and non-hazardous liquids.
