JieYuan (Jinshan Pack) works with certified recycling partners across the globe — in Asia (Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia), Oceania (Australia), and the Americas (the United States, Brazil, Chile) — to provide our clients with reliable IBC recycling services that support circular economy goals and global sustainability in a responsible way.
For most standard locations, collection is free of charge as long as our general acceptance criteria are met. For remote areas, we will assess feasibility and any associated costs on a case-by-case basis.

Yes — our partnered recyclers are generally able to handle IBCs with residual contents, subject to local regulations and their facility capabilities. Acceptance may vary depending on the type of chemical, contamination level, and regional environmental requirements.
Our partners offer licensed reconditioning or cleaning services that comply with EPA guidelines or equivalent international standards. We will assess each request case-by-case to ensure safe, compliant, and responsible handling before confirming collection.

Your IBC Collection Requirements
The IBC must be in a reusable condition and completely empty with residue drained. All openings must be sealed with original caps, and the exterior must be clean.
The IBC must have been neutralized. If the contents were toxic, flammable, or carcinogenic, treatment is mandatory to prevent worker hazards. Mixing or adding other products is prohibited.
The minimum collection volume in metropolitan areas is 4 IBCs. Non-metropolitan areas are assessed case-by-case. The maximum collection period is 30 calendar days from the request date.
JieYuan reserves the right to refuse collection or return it to the consignor (at the consignor's expense). Additional fees will be charged for containers with undrained residue.
